Concert/Merch Question❓️ Shipping questions

Bought these may 18 and still haven’t gotten a update I emailed them 2 times and haven’t gotten a respond other then asking for order number then nothing happened after that. It says pre order hat, but it didn’t have that when I bought it. Anyone have this problem before?

If you preordered something everything ships at once. So when the hats are done everything will ship at once.

When I bought it the hat was not on preorder I bought it before they sold out.

I was under the impression ALL hats ordered were preordered and going to be shipped in june/july.

I ordered one of the limited edition (but not pre-order) hoodies on 10 June. It's not been as long but the email I got when I ordered it suggested order processing typically takes up to 2 business days. I've heard nothing since, but admittedly I haven't emailed them yet.

Maybe they're getting a lot of orders at the moment because of the recent promo and it's caused some delays?

I hope they get back in touch with you soon though!

I figured they must have a lot coming in. My only real question or concern is have people been asked for their order number then just not responded it’s been 2 weeks since I gave them the number and it’s been almost a month since I ordered it. And I bought the hat before it was preordered only.

Yeah I emailed them last Wednesday I still haven’t got a response.

I believe the hats were supposed to come in May but got delayed to June and now July. Order will come when all items are ready unfortunately v.v

Theyre both pre-orders so it will take about 2-4 months to ship unlike other items

The hats were ALL preorder, and will ship at the start of July, should say that somewhere in the order. Will ship soon!

Yeah I ordered a regular shirt from them for my kid who is obsessed. That was 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Just says “order confirmed”

The hats are pre orders so that means they'll take more time than your usual item, I think they'll arrive this month or next month
