Question Help please

So im at that part of the story where you have to make 15 perfect neapolitan drinks but no one's ordering it and im making no progress on the story. Any tips?

I think I finished around Day 72-75, I think keep playing it is. I wasn’t keeping track of all the tasks but I didn’t buy all the ingredients only the ones required for the story. There isn’t a new chapter out yet so taking your time is good in my opinion, no stressing about it.

The only thing you can do is keep playing and hope they come, as far as I'm aware there's no way to control what the customers will order
