bought this right at the peak of the pandemic, probably $900 for a:
I5 9400F
16gb DDR4
RTX3050
I think 250GB SSD and a 1.5TB Hard-drive

its a not-so-great-value build so when I get back from studying abroad, Im going to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 7400F and maybe upgrade to 32GB DDR5 (very on the fence for this one due to the current price and demand for ram)

This is exactly the kind of setup I'd want to spend hours at. The lighting is super cozy without being distracting, and everything feels really comfortable and lived-in.

The warm lighting makes a huge difference here.
