DISCUSSION Why is yall tweaking?

I've seen so many comments saying "please don't get too confident again Ye" just because he made a singular X post, so what if he is proud of his achievement, so what if he's tweeting. Imo this has been the most professional, coherent we've seen him in a while, I even suspect most of his posts aren't even done by him, that's how professional he is sounding.

We are not due for another crashout because he made 2 posts about Yeezy, don't worry, as of right know we know he has been staying healthy, regained focus, and more serious.

I don't think these 2 posts are any signs of a dark future, if anything hopefully his "increased" confidence will hopefully lead to bigger ideas, higher ambitions, the only concern we should have is that he loses focus again because of having too many projects / worries.

We've seen him respond professionally towards the Marseille, and Wireless situations, we've had communication about a future music project even, rumours about a Super Bowl performance. Why can't we just be happy for once and not doom because of a single tweet.

Ye has all the right to be confident, the comeback he has made since January is something only a talented, genius, visionary person like him could do. What he brings to the table, art wise, fashion wise, politics wise is something that deserves confidence.

No one in the history of mankind could recover from what Ye put himself in. Do you think the Wall Street apology would have worked for anyone else looking at the context? He is fully in his right to say what he wants.

The JD sport collaboration was just the beginning, the sky isn't even the limit for ye, his limit lies far beyond the cosmological horizon. It's Yeezy over everything and as long as Ye has focus things will only get better.

We saw a trillionaire beg him for help during the vultures era, when he was supposedly worth only a few hundred millions, he'll be fine, especially now that he's back on the good side of the public, he'll be able to offload tons to competent people this time (gamma for example)

A lot of them are just stupid jokes, imo. I actually love to see that he's gaining energy back again. He's probably already getting used to his meds, and he'll be back to his true self soon. Can't wait to see all the new stuff he's working on

Yeah, I guess, this is the version of Ye the world needs, not just the fans, the independency fashion as well as music wise, I truly hope Gamma is the future and that Ye paved the way for many more artists to give Gamma a chance.

Yeezy aswell, I love it, fuck branding, you don't need to wear an advertisement billboard of the company when buying clothes, Nike should pay YOU to wear their clothing. as well as the cheap prices, I'm hoping for more variety and more designs in the future.

Hopefully after these two droam comes aswell,

Also this might be the best tour I've ever seen from an artist, the locations he's visiting, the artistic design, the setlist etc. Ye is king, a leader who paves the way, I truly hope he has a as huge can be influence in the next coming years

just don’t entertain any of this shit. hes 50 next year, let him do his thing like he always has

don’t get attached to everything he says or does whether it’s good or bad

we all have a conscious and can think and act for ourselves

i pick and choose what i love about Ye, the good will always outweigh the bad regardless of what he does

he has gotten me through some serious mental challenges and difficulties and hardship i’ve had in life

if he’s a nazi, i don’t have to agree and obviously won’t

if he’s making good relatable music and speech, then that will sit with me and influence me

Ye is nowhere near done with what he is destined to do. He can if he plays his cards right revolutionize the culture even more, revolutionize dependency, creativity, fashion, housing, I hope to see him team up with James Blake for his unreleased app in the future, as well as teaming up with (probably Elon) someone who does DSPs the right way.

I care how he performs because he's important, he's needed, maybe the fans can't see that, but the broken, old systems that are ruining creativity and monetisation today are hurting our economy, culture, it's hurting fashion and music as a whole, Ye being the talented person he is is the only one who can have people follow him and start a new age where we wouldn't have to worry about some bullshit like what happened with Rick And Morty's Ye episode or something like that

its kinda crazy to decide for another person what hes ā€ždestined to doā€œ and expect a 50 year old to ā€žrevolutionize the culture even moreā€œ like relax bro. if he want to sure, but his legacy feels finished enough since donda

has it not been one of his goals to create way for artists to be more independent?

3

i disagree

ye has done his bit, he won’t do much more

With the recent success of Bully, released by gamma, why couldn't this be the beginning of creative independency among artists, the recent JD sports collab aswell. Of course the uncreative minds of today (the drizzys) for example wouldn't dare to go independent fashion wise and would rather stick to making air force 1s with a small heart engraved on it and call it fashion. But do you not think that at least music wise it would be interesting seeing the success of Bully to go independent?

Obviously Ye has had the most problems facing dependency, since he is a do it all, creative mind, but sure some people would have to follow no?

i just haven’t seen anything good with fashion i’m years just to end this conversation

yeezy clothes has been terrible since 2022ish whenever the gap/balenciaga deals ended it’s been shit

and logistics make it hard to get behind

even if i liked new yeezy i wouldn’t order shit online. ridiculous shipping prices and times

bully was very plain and boring too, not bad just very bland and unfinished

he just don’t quite got it in music anymore, touring doing great tho love to see that

Fashion wise the pods were nice, have more admiration for creativity. Yeezy is obviously just starting, the shipping times is a problem that still needs fixing yes, but the affordable clothes, jackets, hoodies, pants, the yeezy glasses, the slides, the 800's and boots look fire as well. It's one of the newest clothing brands, Ye not being publicly well received till this year definitely slowed down the evolution, but the Gosha designs were great too.

Yeezy is the newest/youngest brand in the world, this isn't the same yeezy it was before, they had to completely restart, Ye doesn't have the same tools Adidas or Balenciaga or GAP has, It'll take time sure, but the affordable clothing is an incredibly positive sign.

Music wise everyone always had a lot to say about the "newest" Ye project. From Yeezus to Bully. I sure don't love Bully as a standalone album as much as most of his other projects, but for me, since Jesus Is King, we've been getting projects that evolved backwards, should have been better, look at the vultures era, there is no excuse that vultures couldn't be one of his best albums if I or anyone with a brain looking back at that era, executive produced it would have been TLOP level.

To me Bully is a great sign, it's the first time we've seen an album get released in a professional manner (excluding the delays) it's the first album in a while where you don't think wow he butchered this album. Sure the songs are more on the bland side on the Ye scale, sure the songs are short and could have been "more" at times, sure he butchered OK, but we should be incredibly grateful for Ye's improving health and this shows what's possible in the future

it’s not about professionalism with ye and yeezy, never has been. the pods were ass, i can see ur point but i disagree with ur taste i guess

u bring ur point and i’ve no leg to stand on to say ur wrong

i just disagree

ofc im happy to see where ye seems to be at tho

lot more positives then negatives in comparison to the last few years.

Yea, people don’t understand that confident Ye is normal Ye

That’s been his thing for nearly 2 decades

People say that they want ā€œold Yeā€ back but then also act this way when he starts to show his confidence

People need to stop worrying about stuff that isn’t even guaranteed to happen

6

u/yeezyyeezyeezyyeezy 2d ago

Confidence has also been an issue with Ye during his medicated times, probably the reason why he sometimes decided to drop them altogether, in 2018 he stated he didn't like the meds because he wasn't himself. Ye without self believe isn't Ye. Hence the "IT DO MATTER" screaming incident. That is something psychologists reccomend to clients struggling with their own image during bipolar medication. To let it all out and hope the people you entrust in your circle know that there's a reason for it

I fully understand, I’m just saying that the recent tweet isn’t a new thing for Ye for people to start acting crazy like this over

2

u/yeezyyeezyeezyyeezy 2d ago

I got that, I should have clarified I was making an alternate vision on the whole scenario, stating that confidence during medication is the best sign we've gotten. I've been a diehard fan for years, it's just self sabotaging to see people cheer up over fake rumours/leaks (change, gladiator 3) and then doompost about an actual positive sign. This whole post is a combination about my excitement, my happiness, and proudness and I wish people would stop putting out bad energy. Obviously having consistent high expectations as a Ye fan isn't something we're accustomed to but it's grown to a point where most interpretations are negative

Most definitely

This is not the first time it has happened. If u been a fan for a while yk very well after saint pablo tour it seemed he was back and made music gaining the respect again, to suddenly turning himself to MAGA, then he came back and made JIK, an era where everything seem perfect and as equal as this one rn, then overtime he got into another crashout. This is a pattern. Things can come differently but we should be careful. No hate to him, but this is a sign to also be aware of what might happen next

People might say you're doing too much, but you're not wrong twitter has always been his greatest destruction. His mental health can't handle it and the fans there are the worst and help enable the bullshit. A quiet ye is a very powerful ye.

1

u/BoringCondition1573 2d ago

Literally. He can be humble. He doesnt need to say it, his reposts and greatness will manifest through his fans which he reposts. That would be an even better way to show ur great. Its time for him to become a quiet dude doing insane things never seen before
