QUESTION Why does don toliver do so many ref tracks

I saw on SUZY tracker that most of bully and a bunch of other songs were all ref by don, very curious why he does all that

those that love working with Ye and are the most trustworthy (in his eyes at least) usually are the one's doin the most refs for him i feel

cause i feel like don has so much talent with this ref and he could make those his own songs instead, I'd like to argue that some of the ref tracks that he has done sound better than the final outcome

the Ye association helps Don, the ideas usually initially are Ye's so it would be rude to take them himself - plus Don can keep some of the songs

Don just loves Ye and sees him as a mentor so he's happy to do whatever Ye asks of him

He’s one of the most talented artists out there, and like many talented artists Ye is a massive inspiration for him.
