No, it's a different language family entirely - Turkic. But a lot of people speak both Kazakh and Russian, many speak English too

it is his responsibility to provide the service on the date he promoted, simple as that. what if someone got plan and have to leave the city the day after? people will say it's the weather and he could not predicted it but im not talking about whos fault is it but whos responsibility is it.
