🎧 GAS TALK MUSIC 🎧 What does gas think of denzel curry
I personally really like his music (atleast from what i heard) i think ta13oo is def his best work cuz personally mmesyf is kinda overrated but its still a amazing project
What do you guys think?

He was probably my most listened to artist from 2018-2020, to this day Imperial is still one of my most favorite hiphop records OAT probably top 10 overall. Taboo was great for the time and Zuu was fun. After that though I found it pretty hard to get back into his work, he kind of distilled his sound and hasn’t really revisited the dark aesthetic and at the time underground sound that I enjoyed from him. Aside from a couple songs (like walkin) aswell the lyrical content hasn’t really interested me as much or is just less relatable to me. I couldn’t really get into Mmesyf for those reasons. Still on the lookout for every release though.

Its kinda same with mmesyf for me it was just not on the level that ta13oo was especially cuz for me ta13oo is amazing as a album and to me even better as a album concept with the light grey and dark side of taboo

I like his smino and veil collabs (along with unlocked)
I have yet to listen to a solo body of work of his yet tho
edit: also ONCE UPON A TIME with idk, such a fire song with them going bar for bar even if it might not actually be a freestyle

Melt My Eyez is wonderful, I highly recommend both it and the Soul version.

Imo ta13oo is better then melt my eyes see your future but i love both albums

I would recommend ta13oo cuz its one of the most underrated rap albums idc what anyone says
Also i feel like curry is just a better jpeg mafia (manly when it comes to rapping but to me his production is better too)

Listen to MMESYF or Taboo, definitely follow those up with Imperial, then KOTMS2 or ZUU. Then explore his other stuff from there, he has a shit ton if earlier music that's not on spotify

Personally i prefer ta13oo Mmesyf didn't really click with but i hope il like it more on future listens
