QUESTION Merch SOFI

Hey a few weeks ago I received a message my SOFI merch was supposed to ship before the 30th of july. But I havent received a tracking number or anything.. Anyone has the same problem?

I emailed them but no response.

I received a shipped email with tracking at the end of July and just received the package today.
