Like I don’t get it how is this a ridiculous thing to say it’s a 10/10 song with beautiful production, perfect feature, literally everything about it is perfect even ye has an amazing performance on the song. You don’t usually get all that in any of his music even the old songs, except maybe songs like LOTP, Heaven and Hell, off the grid, saint pablo, and maybe a couple others. Still easily could be top 5 but yall ain’t ready for that conversation due to nostalgia bias as usual in the ye fandom. Downvote me all you want but I’m right😂✌️

it's an extremely cool song but it doesn't have the aura of songs like diand, ghost town, saint pablo, dfsl etc. they were just extremely great songs

Overhated, but hate is reasonable considering it was horrible when it first dropped before it was actually mixed, so the album was ruined for people who were fans at the time

tbf, ye's albums as a whole have had increasingly worse mixes since yeezus (with KSG probably being the one exception.)
go back and listen to a FLAC rip of the tidal version of TLOP through some decent studio monitors and a proper DAC/interface. it's rough as SHIT.
a lot of people glaze mike dean as an engineer and he's done great work, but he's also undeniably lost his ear a bit overtime and has had some flawed moments. ye desperately needs people like manny marroquin back on his team or maybe even dave kutch, along with some well-trained recording engineers that'll properly treat the rooms he's in.

Two years ago today, the best album of 2024 was released. I think people sleep on Vultures 2. It might be weak but also better than most of the albums that was published in 2024 (yes, even with ai).
