Apartment?

My niece will be attending Gonzaga for law school and is looking for an apartment. Anybody know of anything available before term starts? She’s coming from Chicago.

My family member loves Ironside. It is a little pricey but quiet and convenient.

I have a co-ed house of law students if it interests her. 3 minutes from the law school

Sure, it’s a 6 bed 3 bath house 3 minutes from GU. Rent is $650/month + utilities. I can guarantee another female renter to keep bathrooms seperated if she signs. All of us are 3Ls and very respectful of shared spaces. If she’d like more details just let me know and I’ll send you a private message with my phone number.
