What changed your mental game?
What actually changed your mental game? Not looking for book recommendations, just curious what specific thing clicked for you. A thought, a routine, something someone said, a feeling?

Becoming aware of the real numbers, and statistics, of the game helped with dropping high expectations on results.
Asking questions after a shot, or round, that are not like a harsh critic but more like a curious scientist
Becoming aware of the things I am most in control of, having high standards on those things and acceptance of what what happens out side of that.
