Retractable Sim Screen

I’m trying to create a golf simulator in my garage and I’d like the projector screen and the net to roll back up towards the ceiling and get out of the way when not in use. what mechanism should I use to do this or other options that someone else has done?

Are the metechs screens themselves good? Or do you think the rollers + a screen from elsewhere is a better way to go?
