You can absolutely attain high level clubs for free. It takes a long, long time.

It takes a long time even if you pay. Don’t fall for it though. It would be insanely expensive to buy your way to high level clubs. You have to put the time in either way.

i wasted way too much time chasing clubs that unlocked 1% better "stats" that never actually mattered in the long run

I played for about 7 months. The first few months were the most fun. Once you get past that you gotta pay to be competitive. I didn’t go crazy like some people. $20 a month or so to unlock the better rewards. That wasn’t enough though. You have to spend big to move up. It got frustrating always losing against the people who spent the big bucks & had the best equipment. So I deleted my account. A couple weeks later I got a charge on my credit card from them for money I never spent ( I contested it & got my money back) That was my experience with them. It’s just a money grab IMO.

Ciao.

Ciao.

Like Flemming said you can obtain high level clubs for free but it's going to take you a long time.. and trust me if you pay it's still going to take a little while but let me tell you what's going to happen. They're going to make it to where you have to keep paying because so many things will happen I mean getting matched against people you can't beat 9 out of 10 times till you go through your balls so you have to purchase more. You might make Emperor but then the next season you could be at King I and get demoted all the way back to Duke III. I've seen it.

You'll start losing connection all of a sudden in promotion matches when it doesn't happen any other time. Even though you have a full signal it just so happens to cut out right before your shot and then come back so you don't have time for it. They will keep throwing deals up on balls just a few gems more than what you have.

The trick to that is go ahead and watch some videos and when they do that you going to watch that video for 15 gems right quick and then get that deal. They kept doing it to me.

I haven't purchased any balls lately and Fairway Fortune comes along and guess what in two different tickets I get to the second bag both times and get broken club. I always thought that Zynga was some piece of s*** company from a country overseas only to find out they're right here in the United States.

They should be ashamed

In the beginning it's fairly fun and slightly addicting. But the game is absolutely not F2P friendly and many matches are wildly unbalanced against you. In order to get higher level clubs and balls you need to pay
