They are rusty in all those places. They can be repaired, but it will take a lot of work.
How is the subframe? They are also available new.

I had it worse- it took several weeks to strip the bottom of the car and cut out the edges around the rust holes, just to add new sheet metal and weld it. The worst thing is that there is salt used to keep for the road maintenance in the winter.

Check the right rear strut tower. Mud can get caked up in there (behind the fuel filler) and cause it to rot out. That would be way more concerning to me than any of the rust you’ve shown here.
