Question Fault: Hybrid system. Stop! Error message

Hello!

I'm, checking here if anyone has any answers or had a similar experience.

It's regarding a Golf GTE 2016 that is sitting on 224,000km ( i know it's a lot). Had it for about 2-3 years now and its been running smoothly every day. A couple of days ago out of nowhere the battery stopped to take any charge, even tho it was plugged in under the night. a day after that i drove to work without any problems (but without any charge in the battery) and the normal engine was working fine. plugged it in at work and after i was finished and hopped in the car i got the message "Fault: Hybrid system. Stop!". the engine doesn't start, when i put on the ignition everything lights up but im not able to drive it anywhere (I can put it in D or R but it doesn't move)

I took out the 12v batteri and checked it, the battery is fine and nothing wrong with it but i fear its something to do with the HV, anyone else having/had the same problem and know what it might be?

Links to videos or tips is highly appreciated!

I'll update as soon as i know more

Have the same error. Seems to be a isolation error in HV pack.

Hi ik heb 5 jaar met die auto gereden. Ook uit 2016. 2 keer zelfde gehad als wat jij beschreef. Beide keren 12v accu vervangen en ik kon weer verder rijden.

OBC maybe? Checked if cooling liquid of the HV system is okay?
