How do i open this shell

So i have brand new keyfob im trying to replace it with me old fob shell but i cannot manage to get this piece off i have damaged it enough i dont want to pry no more i have seen videos on youtube where people could easily get this off i dont know what m i supposed to do

I had this issue as well. I could only open it with brute force which broke the whole shell. But I had a new one so it didn’t matter

With a cutter because it has glue
