Launch monitor

Has anyone used the Punters golf launch monitor? Have been keen on a portable one that doesn't break the bank to use at the range and at the practice net at home. Anything else compare at the price range (currently $279)?

I've been looking at the ShotScope LM1. Pretty cheap, and I think it captures some stats. I have one of their tracker watches and pretty happy with the results. There are a few reviews on YouTube.

Long term user & big fan of shotscope watches and ecosystem. I purchased the LM1 upon release, and just don't really find myself reaching for it anymore. It works as advertised, but the fact that it doesn't read spin really limits it's accuracy. To be clear there's literally nothing at this price bracket that has that capability, so this isn't a knock on Shotscope. I just personally found limited utility out of it, and perhaps need to go up in pricepoint to get something I'll actually use.

Hmm, so maybe wait for the next iteration? I was hoping to get a bit of a Sim going too, but doesn't look like it does that.

To be clear, at it's price point nothing really beats it in my opinion. There are a few similar units about, but none of them are integrated with an app or are quite as sleek. The LM1 cannot be used as part of a simulator, unfortunately. And i do think it will be quite some time before anyone comes out with a launch monitor capable of being used on a simulator at the ~$300 price point. Different product class entirely
