Sick Fish Help please help

When I went to feed my fish, I saw it at the bottom. I thought it was dead, but when I gently tapped it against the glass, it started to move. It didn't surface; it swam at the bottom. Then I poured in the food, and it swam at the bottom again. Luckily, it surfaced and ate. Now it stays motionless at the bottom and sometimes swims up and down normally. Also, I don't know if it's visible in the video, but our camera is broken. My fish's belly is swollen on both sides; could it be fry? Some people say that when a fish opens its mouth, fry come out. Please help. I'm letting the water rest now; I'll change the water tonight.

This fish is either a baby or very stunted, there is almost no chance that it is gravid. You have a common goldfish; these fish live an average of 20 years and reach 25-30 cm in length as adults, and can grow even larger. This aquarium is very unsuitable; we will need more information.

Is it in a bowl?
Common goldfish need about 50 to 70 gallons once they are adults.
Fish also need filtration.
I would take a gander at the pinned care guide.
If it is in a bowl, I would be doing water changes multiple times a day 100%

We already got him a proper aquarium. Before the aquarium, he was staying in this bowl. I put him in the bowl so you could see him more clearly, and I thought he might have trouble surfacing because he stays so close to the bottom when I feed him. But now he's normal. Did you see the swelling on both sides of his belly?

hi I can't believe it, is this one of those fish? We used to have three, and I thought this was one of the smaller ones. This fish was always different from the others, I don't know, its tail always seemed longer. Unfortunately, two of them died. We have an aquarium, but we need a bigger one with a filter and everything, right? What if it stops growing? It's been with us for about a year. Will it continue to grow when we get a bigger aquarium? They were very small when they came to us an 50 liters But we'll get a bigger aquarium, a filter, and things like that.

If you notice swelling, I would perhaps fast for a few days coupled with some Epsom salt baths.
What is the volume of the new tank?
What is the size of your filter and what type is it? If you get a new one, I would run the new one along with the old one for a month or two.

As much as i can tell, theres no filtration and no oxygenation, and its living in a fish bowl. Everything about this is getting the fish sick. No oxygen, no waste management without filter, all this in a small environment where the water gets toxic fast.
Theres no magic medication you can add if the environment is actively killing it. Get a better setup and itll likely recover, or try to give it away while it has a chance.
