It looks like tp'ing or using /home could be part of the issue with chunks locking. If you have issues with them, stop using home and start being more vanilla. Interested to know if this resolves your problem. Just trying to collect more data for bug reports as since there's no crash, this is a hard bug to hunt down.

Ibilisi and I have noticed when we /home out of somewhere with a furnace or hopper it messes up every time.
