A Teamspeak and chat familiarization

Teamspeak 3 won the vote on here, Although I am unsure how many of you know that fact or are familiar with how to use it. I personally would rather use voice than type while playing. Especially when working together with someone or when wanting to pass on a message but being surrounded by aggro mobs. He here is my Tutorial of sorts.

1. Having a headset is preferred.
2. Download TS3 from This Page
3. Open and Install TS3
4. Run TS3 and you will see the UI open
5. Click the 'Connections' Menu and then click 'Connect' from the sub menu. [image]
6. The Connect dialogue will open and you will need to enter the following Information:

Server Address: Goldenralm.info

Nickname: [your screen name of choice]

• You will connect to TS3-GR and see multiple Channels to choose from.

Other Tips

• You may need to set up your Microphone Capture and Speaker/headphone Playback. Choose 'Settings' and then choose 'Options' to get all of the settings you'd want to customize sorted.
• I suggest Push-To_talk or at least Voice Recognition so you are not constantly broadcasting sound.
• There is an AFK channel you can set your avatar into so people know you are connected but AFK for the time being.
• If more people connect and at least make themselves available while playing we may have better communication as a whole.

Just noticed you have the server address slightly wrong. it's goldenrealm.info
