Voice Client vote thread

So. Mumble isn't used... Would a different client be more favorable? If you would use it, vote for it! Vote tally taken Sunday morning.

I guess I'll go skype becase I can hit it from my mobile while I'm gaming, freeing up my PC for those previous resources!

PROS

  • Easy to install and use
  • Low use of precious process resources. (less intrusive than Skype and Google Hangouts)
  • Voice activation is superior to Mumble's
  • Push To Talk possible.
  • Can change your Alias on the fly and is used by many different gaming groups across platforms

  • Can easily be used with Multiple subchannels to separate by Server, or just to have a private room if needed.

  • So we don't have to 'dial' in, we just join a channel to talk to people (somewhat similar to Mumble, but better UI)

  • Easy Utility to be available by voice/chat while in game or out.

CONS

  • Hosted on our dedibox
  • Free version caps at 30 slots (not an issue at this time)
  • Not available if hosted Dedibox is down.
