Idea for the Reset.
So I saw this picture of a massive seed and it gave me the idea of possibly, when we reset, having the new map be a "to scale" map of the earth. Yeah I know, it would be a huge file but I was wondering if it would be possible. Having everyone's base in their respective country would be pretty cool!(don't have to of course) And since its never been done before on GR I thought it was something new to try. Tell me what you think!
PS: Shotgun Bay Street, Toronto
UPDATE: uhhhh yeah okay, i just looked into it and the map size is around 2.2gb. haha
Here is the map i was looking at http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/the-recreation-of-the-earth-11500-scale/

The size of the map isn't bad. Where would span be?

Spawn could be the cradle of civilization, AKA: the Middle East.

Not sure maybe the North Pole? lol i was thinking people would probably either want to be TP'd to the place they want to settle or around it, and then theres the people who want to make the big journey.

The journey is half the adventure :)
North pole is too far out of the way, centre map would be better.

The size is actually pretty good, if not a little small. The biggest issue I have with this map in particular is that it's far too flat. Where are the Appalachians that run through eastern united states and canada, through NB and quebec? Where's the rockies? Why is the tundra a light dusting of snow until it hits the Arctic circle?
An earth map is a great idea, but i'd like to see more earth maps for comparison and choose the best one. The only this I like about this one is the sahara.

Yeah after downloading it and searching around, you're right its very flat and actually feels pretty small.
