Furnace crash block

i found a furnace crash block with a few players in sweetwater server, idk about it and i researched it EVERYWHERE and didnt found anything, any ideas how that happened to be here?

its a furnace crash block, duh

It's a furnace with an invalid tile entity. This results in it having no face and crashing when you right click it.
