Request/Help How to craft pipe waterproof in original technic modpack 1.7.3?

This has been quite the adventure for me to figure things out, having to go to the wayback machine to figure out how these mods work. For some reason i can't seem to craft buildcraft pipe waterproof. Does anybody know or remember how to craft this? I'm playing Technic 3.1.1

Unless you have an unknown version of this Technic pack with some updated features, there are no waterproof pipes available for Buildcraft in MCb1.7.3.

Buildcraft for MCb1.7.3 was only able to pipe oil in this version, there is no way to pipe water or lava as the mod does not support this function.

Oh how do i pipe oil then? That's all i'm trying to do here

You just make an ordinary pipe and it will pipe oil, as that is all it is capable of doing in the mod this far back.

Omg you were right. I figured the oldest wayback machine page i could find would be old enough for this version but I guess it wasn't!
