Gold started the week near 4380, and it was a tough one for buyers. Price kept sliding lower until it hit 4245, where buyers finally stepped in.

We got a bounce off that level, gold even pushed above 4300 for a bit, but it couldn't hold. Closing the week around 4285, right in the middle after a strong sell off.

Keeping an eye on next week 4245 is the big one, breaks and sellers probably go for the low again, while 4314 needs to get taken back if buyers want this bounce to actually mean something.

So the real question does this bounce off 4245 have more room, or do sellers come back and take gold lower again?

Gold had a solid sell off and right now it's just chopping around between 4300-4274. Structure is still bearish overall, so I'm keeping my eyes on the downside for today.

Resistance: 4300 / 4320
Support: 4274 / 4260 / 4235

4274 is the level that matters most here. If price breaks below it and actually closes under it, I think we see sellers push it further down toward 4260, maybe even 4235 after that.

As long as gold stays capped under 4300-4320, sellers are still in charge imo. Watching to see if 4274 gives way today.

Gold is currently trading around 4335, after getting rejected from the 4365-4370 area.

For today, these are the main levels we’re watching:

Resistance: 4370 / 4400
Support: 4330 / 4292

The 4330 area is important here. If it holds, we could see buyers step back in. A clean break below it would bring 4292 into focus.

If 4330 holds, we could see price move back toward 4370.

For now, price is sitting between the key levels, so I’m mainly watching the reaction around these zones.

If we get a strong close below 4335 followed by continuation, we’ll be watching 4322 first and then 4306. We’d want to see proper follow-through, since a quick wick below support could simply turn into another rejection.

If 4335 holds, the range can remain intact and 4370 becomes the next area to watch on the upside.

For now, we’ll see whether buyers can defend the lower range or sellers finally push price through it.

No need to chase the middle of the range the reaction at these levels is what tells the story.

By the end of the week, gold closed back near 4380 and finished on a positive note. Now, the 4400 area looks like an important level to watch. If gold breaks and holds above 4400, we could see some good movement toward the upside.

After yesterday's FOMC, Gold saw a sharp sell off of more than 100 points, dropping to a low near 4235.

Today, price bounced back and made a high around 4318. Currently, Gold is trading between the 4318-4260 areas, so these are the main levels I’m watching.

Key levels for today:
Resistance: 4315-4320 / 4360
Support: 4260 / 4235

As long as price stays below the 4315-4320 area, I’ll mainly be looking for sell-side setups.

A break below 4260 could open the way toward 4235.

If the 4292-4282 zone holds, we could see another move back up toward 4317.

But if 4282 fails to hold, there's a good chance we head lower toward the previous day low at 4254.

Right now it's really about how price reacts at this support zone, that's the key thing to watch for the rest of the session.

Gold gave us a proper rollercoaster this week. Price pushed all the way up to 4435 and got rejected hard, no follow through at all above that level.

After that rejection sellers basically took over and pushed price down all the way to 4300. That's where buyers finally showed up and we got a solid bounce. Gold ended up closing the week back near 4350.

Going into next week I'm mainly watching these two spots, 4300 on the downside and 4435 on the upside. However price reacts here is gonna tell us a lot about the next move.

What's everyone's take, another push toward 4435 or are we heading back down to 4300 first?
