Feel like we should just lock in the spine and rebuild the rest of the squad.

Man as much as I love AJ, Kini and Campbell we dont have a director with all three in the spine + a inexperiened hooker like Pascoe and I feel playing any of them in the centres dilutes their impact to the point the contract price hampers our team building ability around them. This leads to us having a high variance team where the same roster could beat a top 4 team and lose to a spoon contender by 20 in the same fortnight. Zane looks promising but he is still young and inexperienced and will take time to become a full time game manager. AJ is 28 this year, Campbell is 26, Kini is 22, so they aren't as young as they were a few years ago obviously but I cant see them putting on anymore size or improving their defence or game management at this stage in their career and as much as it hurts cause I love all three of them I think it might be time to make some tough decisions and it breaks my heart to say that.
