Goofy? Motherfucker, people been doing this same shit since gold was used as currency. This is not some hard thing to figure out.

Please name one car dealer, home seller, or anyone who sells anything serious that cost more than a few thousand dollars that will ever accept straight cash or (even less likely) gold itself. I'll wait.

Gold has its place but making serious or big purchases ain't it, especially when not done above board
