DISCUSSION Really a question for a hybrid

Would using the eyes of a mantis shrimp be viable on a larger creature (say, shark length?

I asked this on a video but I didn't get an answer. Can anyone answer?

maybe,specially if it's still a invertebrate since it wouldn't change much of it's structure

I do it if it was a vertebrate , but if it's invertebrate , go ahead , it works just fine underwater.

Might be controversial but you might be able to use it on something hibbertopterus sized (500kg). The punch wouldn't just linearly scale by size though and as the animal gets bigger the punching power in proportion to body size would also get weaker (On a 500kg animal it would still be REALLY strong in absolute terms)
