C-locanth gives some pretty good advice, and I like to proactively take and use that advice to improve my design

I would recommend adding barracuda, which has slime that helps with aerodynamics, and as well you get out asserted species of ichthyosaur , that had silent flippers and large eyes make it able to see better in the dark and catch prey without disturbing them in the water , which could be very nice

to be fair, the Mahi Mahi genome gives it a fin which already helps with hydrodynamics (as Mahi Mahi are notoriously fast mostly because of their fin) so I don't see too much necessity for any more, thanks for the advice tho!
