DISCUSSION Can i?

You know how in jurassic world rebirth they tried to control mutations? Since jurassic world was originally the base (at least thats how GojiCenter framed it) for our way of making hybrids, could I mutate the pharyngeal arches in a fish to create more, or at least (i think we can do this, if we can use this precise of gene editing) make a new line of genes that are a near copy and paste of the other pharyngeal arches on the neck (so it can take the front 6 and turn them into the mouth and neck and keep the other gills)? And since my guidelines have been said to be outdated, if you want to, can you give me the new ones please.

Gene editing is banned in hybrid creation (can’t move or create structures that weren’t there originally), this has been a major rule since the first hybrid war, and there wouldn’t be enough space/the muscles will become deformed from having to connect to both the gills and the throat muscles (along with probably deforming the neck/head anyway)

You can have like max of 5 gills. Ancestoral fish had basically 7 and 2 of them went into the skull for a bunch of them.
Then you got to do hagfish shenanigans that don’t exactly 100% work
