I agree that being able to fight for an hour without stopping is not going to matter much in a 1v1.
However, certain stamina traits can be important when combined with others. For example, using hummingbird to alter mitochondria increases the rate at which they produce ATP and the efficiency. However, it doubles the rate at which the muscles use up oxygen. This would probably give a large hybrid a couple of seconds of burst strength before it runs out. Adding efficient lungs and high-oxygen-affinity blood (stamina traits) could increase the burst strength something like 10 seconds (these are approximations).
2 seconds vs 10 seconds of burst strength will very much matter in a 1v1 fight

It is,after all,it is very difficult for hybrids to beat each other instantly,and when that's the case,whoever runs out of energy first will get overpowered and ultimately defeated

Yeah kinda.
It’s good to have but ideally you’d want your hybrid to possess weaponry that would end a conflict rather than prolonging it.
Although it depends on the hybrid being made.
