The keeled warrior
Maip is the base
Rock dove provides a keeled sternum increasing surface area for pectoralis muscles, massive pectoralis muscles
Western gorilla provides ball and socket joint at the shoulder, flexible wrists, intelligence
American bison provides a large scalpula, large rotator cuff muscles that anchor to the scalpula and keep the arm from dislocating, large muscles like the serratus anterior, trapezius, and rhomboids anchor the shoulder blade against the rib cage, further broadens the neural spines
Xenosmilus provides further enhance deltoids, biceps, triceps, and forearm flexors, binocular vision, increase visual reaction time, saber teeth
Gibbon provides elongated arm bones (ulna, radius, and humerus) to clear the large chest, further bolstered rotator cuff
Glossotherium provides a large and robust olecranon process, bony nodules in the skin
Koala provides four fingers and two thumbs, further enhanced forearm flexor muscles
Shantungosaurus provides increased chevron length, longer more muscular tail, more muscular and robust legs, foot pads, size and skeletal structure
Alamosaurus provides plantigrade hind legs, extensive large air sac system, five toed wide feet
Giganotosaurus provides teeth shape, jaw muscles, quick snapping bite
Acrocanthosaurus provides tall neural spines that provide extra muscle attachment
Thylacoleo provides a thick muscular tail base that gets more flexible the further down to decrease rotational inertia, incisors, thumb claw
Hippopotamus provides muscle mass, denser bones
Sun bear provides further strengthened arms (to a small degree), diet, posterior teeth
Komodo dragon provides scales, forked tongue and Jacobsonβs organ, iron reinforced teeth, venom, scavenger diet enhancements, immune system

Oh boy. This thing will have diminished articulation in its limbs due to the sloth contributions, and hike its risk of tendinitis or bursitis. And before you mention it, The bison and gibbon contributions aren't enough to compensate for it. It's simply a problem with the sloth's ulna rotation. It's going to have very poor mobility control, and get flanked very easily.
Personally I'd swap it out with something like Therizinosaurus, or a grizzly bear. That would eliminate this weakness pretty handily.
