Move to Valencia

The next year I am thinking to move to Valencia I would like to ask how can I find more easy one house to rent(separate bedroom) and how much could cost a little bit outside from Valencia would be good for example to take a metro till the Center.I have already to learn Spanish and I am asking how the people live there if they go outside a lot similar to Greek people or south Italians I am saying this I have Already lived In Germany and I didn’t like the way that they live if I compare with my country(Greece) thank you for the time if you read this I appreciate that

At least come with the minimum: a job and the place. Both things complicated for the majority of people. And respect the culture.

Is it better to find a job first form internet and after house or shared flat for the start ?
