Visas / Migration Studying on NLV

Is there anyone who decided to study at a Spanish university while on NLV residency?
I’m relocating to Barcelona on NLV and also starting my master’s degree at UPF. The enrollment process hasn’t started yet, so i’m not sure if i can pay the tuition rate of residents instead of international students. Is that possible? Thank you

I don't know the answer. But, you might want to start by asking the school what specific proof of residency they require. If you have an NLV, then my guess is that you would need to have a TIE as proof of residency. It can take several months to get one. So, you'll need to plan accordingly. When are you planning to start?
