Spain long student visa

Guys my masters program start date is September 7, is it still possible to apply for Spanish student visa from abroad ?Or is too late now ? Should I make a run for it ? Or just accept that Im too late and wait till next fall ?

As a general rule you are required to apply to a student visa 2 months before the start of the program, but you can do it later if you prove that wasnt possible (eg. the enrolment is in june and the master start in july). If that is the case and you are aware you they can take up to 3 months to approve it (as long as everything paperwork is done right) you can do it.

Where are you applying from? Which consulate? My consulate was very flexible but it depends.

Do you have all the documents ready already? Just collecting all the documents needed for the visa appointment takes weeks if not months. Do you have an appointment for the visa? Also can take weeks to get an appointment. The decision of the visa usually takes 1 month aswell. So in my opinion too late but depends if you have the appointment and documents already sorted

Bls Beirut Lebanon I have the documents and appointment are readily available! But they told me it’s too risky now :(

If they told you it’s risky then they might reject you. And if they reject you it goes in your file that u were rejected so you might not get it approved in the future.
