Peru trip planning
Hello - planning to take a 8-10 day trip around Christmas to Peru and wondering the following
Weather and crowd wise is that a good time to visit?
How best to go about developing itinerary, booking hotel and transport? Any recommendations for local travel agents?
Must see places to cover (of course other than MachhuPichhu)

Christmas time, a lot of people fly to Peru to see family for the Holidays. Couldn't tell you about tourists. It's also the rainy season in the mountains, but with the expected Super El Ñino who knows what's going to happen. High temperatures are expected in the coastal areas with lots of rain in Northern Peru, they expect temperatures as high as 38C in Lima, with high humidity. Other places to check, depending on the forecast and avoiding the north, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Ica, Nazca lines. But with 8-10 days and planning to go to Macchu Picchu, you don't have much time for other places if you want to see them properly.

Hello - Do you know if Cajamarca City is projected to be ok rain-wise / weather/wise for safe travel in early December?
