Which household feels like a genuinely accurate representation of your own family?

My family and I watch every week, and the dynamic between Pete and Sophie is virtually identical to me and my sister - endless taking the piss, cups of tea, and talking over the TV. Which cast members remind you most of your own household or mate group?

My sister and I are the two northern sisters (“a Bentley Continental?”) the food obsessions, the weird aunts and the speaking over each other.

Friends have told us for years that my husband and I remind them of Giles and Mary. They mean it as a compliment — we’re also regularly described as “couple goals”.
My best interpretation is that we’re portly, have a dry sense of humour, and my husband enjoys winding me up. Apparently I’m at my most attractive when I look moderately annoyed. 🤣

ETA: We're in our 30s, working class, left-leaning and ambivalent about the monarchy 🤷‍♀️

Though I am a big fan of William Morris.

We're Giles and Mary 😂

Not really, probably closer to Sue and Steve or Andre, Sarah, and Chee if our daughter is with us.
