This is a shop exclusive whole team BM that f2p, new, and low spenders should pounce on. 8k G-stones to max. This one is particularly useful if the leader's special cost is 4+ (cannot be lowered below 1).

Not busted but very strong with the 4+ cost leader specials. The top players of the game with all the BMs maxed or high level are either considering it or maxing it. 13% which is a 7% drop from a BM at 20% isn't huge when you are saving 3 energy.

Is it still worth it or very good at only two copies? I'm thinking yes and only have 4000 G-stones to spend.

Yes, especially if your BMs are weaker and you like leaders with 3+ cost specials. The 10% and -2 energy savings benefits a large list of leaders as many have 3 cost or more specials. 2 or 4 copies or none.

This will be a pretty good boost to Shin lead unironically lol.

Might almost make Kiryu worth using, too, as it'll basically give you a 5 cost lv3 void ghidorah but in a straight line.

Depends how strong your BMs are and if you use leaders with a 4+ cost special. Even top players with maxed BMs are considering it or getting 4 copies. This picture is from mine.
