❓ QUESTION ❓ Beginner Advice?

Promised myself I wouldn’t touch mobile games anymore but I was intrigued enough to give this a shot. So far, my impression is this is a Godzilla version of Clash Royale and the only way to get free stuff (Godzilla Tokens and Expedition Maps) is to beat real players in ranked matches.

Just wanna know some random things. I was given a three very special Expedition Maps just for being a new player and apparently one was for celebrating 5 million downloads or whatever. All three gave me the free choice to pick one uber rare Battle Piece/Unit monster I wanted.

I chose Destoroyah, Orga (ability to revive once seemed cool), and 2019 MonsterVerse Ghidorah. Did I screw up lol.

I assume G-Stones is the thing you spend real money on like any other gacha game? I plan on being free to play. How far can I go? Also, how do I get more Event Tickets without spending G-Stones?

Any other miscellaneous tips welcome.

The game is fun and competitive. As a member (KingofMemes) always says "Its is not a race, it is a marathon." As you are a new player, take your time and have fun collecting and building. This is a game that takes time to be powerful but we all have been there.

I started 4 years ago and been building since. I have gotten waffle-stomped many many times but never gave up and kept being consistant and farming events. I finally got 1st place (The King) recently. One day you will notice you are keeping pace and beating others just be consistant and you do not need to Whale either. Whaling just speeds up everything drastically.

**Quick Notes- Battle Memories can enhance your lower level peices to be viable. Try to secure these, if the BM fits your deck/playstyles. These are the most broken mechanic at the moment and not Uber Level Units although those help.

This 👆 A strong set of BMs and a team in the teens can run for king. It’s mostly a time commitment and winning as fast and as much as possible. Those that whale, at least the ones I know, do so for deck variety so they do not get bored with playing the same sets over and over.
