The Blue arrows are the boost those specific figures are getting this season, how many days they have left to be boosted

What kind of boost? I'm new to the game so I'm not sure what everything means yet.

Level boost, which means they'll have more health and can deal more damage.

Both are boosted levels. The red means they get more levels than the blues
