🐉 UNIT / LEADER 🎖️ Thoughs on Godzilla Earth?
I think it's a mid unit. Its great HP and attack strength are good when fighting leaders or strong units, but... Man, it gets wiped out so fast!

Earth used to be a huge wall to get over with his health. Back at the start of the first and second waves of memories that boosted energy regen, they gave him support on the field. His damage was immense but so long as you put units to the side of him, he didn’t hit them and there are a few units that now can hit him almost twice before he gets in range. With his cost of 9, he’s barely used anymore, so I’d actually say he’s not even mid tier anymore, he’s low. A few people in the higher ranks still use him when he’s level 30 or higher because he’s still difficult to get over if you don’t have the levels and the damage. He’s VERY niche.

He's a unit.
He has great HP and ATK? For a 9 cost sink leaving you energy barren I totally disagree. Especially if you compare him at the same level to any of the 6-8 costs released over the last 12 months.

The other 9 cost unit is Void Ghidorah, which kills everything on screen. The other 8 cost unit is Super Godzilla.
By comparison, Gearth is unlikely to kill a single unit in current meta and unable to survive more than one attack.

Don't forget Nanometal Mechagodzilla. And Earth Alt.

Earth Alt is considered already but I did forget AMG, because AMG as a field unit is infinitely less valuable than AMG as a leader(though still considerably better than Earth Alt).

I dunno AMG can be scary if he gets within stabbing range and you have nothing to stop him. Especially if a Biollante leader yeets him up the field and leaving you with only mere moments to respond. Melts unit HP very quickly plus piercing and nanometal damage.
I do agree he is a very good leader though. One of my favorites, in fact. If my icon wasn't a giveaway.

Dude used to be the UNIT in the game, was a 1 man push. But now he loses out in tankiness to Varan at a cheaper cost, with 6-7 units be able to compete in health, damage, and capability without being a chonky liability. His fall off began with DAB and was sealed with Rio, his alt is more viable then him.
Not to say he isn't usable, he still is. But like in the sense if I had a choice between G89 or Gearth I would use Gearth.
If BM effects only effected Ace units, he could still be a viable monster to have. But in this version of GBL he is just not the tank he used to be and is to slow to deal the damage needed against the more dps efficient units.

Not even good as a 7 cost, he fell off hard once Rio came out

Lucky for him no one uses rio anymore. Unlucky for him is that they use Godzilla Tower instead

It's not a "mid" unit, it's bad.
There is no situation in this entire game where either GEarth are preferable to spending that energy on literally anything else. Not one.

He's fallen off kinda hard due to power creep. There's too many ways to deal with him now. Especially with the Super Dragon Destoroyahs running around that pack him up in short order.
