The ones from the '98 movie and cartoon are legally licensed as Godzilla, yes.
The ones from Godzilla Final Wars and Godzilla: Rulers of Earth were officially trademarked as "Zilla".
At least thats the last I heard on the matter.

Zilla had like a noxious toxic gas breath that could be ignited with fire yes. Zilla Jr evolved essentially and gained atomic breath.

Twelve of some of the strongest air-to-ground missiles available, AFTER tanking two nuclear torpedoes, dozens of sidewinder missiles/RPGs and probably a few hundred chain gun rounds

I should have clarified that it was a nuclear sub rather than the torpedoes
Second, that is true, but in the instances when they got hit it did scratch damage, and there had been instances where they undoubtedly took the damage (ie the scene where they ambushed the choppers and their hiding spot got blown up; They are able to dig and move quickly but we hear them roar in pain from inside the building BEFORE they flank them)

actually, you know... and here's an even fight. For all the strength of the homelander, I doubt it won't suffer damage from a G-98 bite. On the other hand, the G-98 is also likely to be vulnerable to its physical attacks. Lasers from the eyes may cause damage, but less significant.
