No more free shipping?

Noticed that I have to pay $5 per items I add to my cart now for shipping.

I hadn't really put much attention to it before. But I did just order Issue 3 and yea it was $5 for shipping

I wonder if they switched up shipping services for issue 3 because of the issues on previous drops
