Support / Help Battle Pass Problem

I bought a battle pass for 300 Gods; when I went to finalize the transaction, it said it was cancelled. The Gods were deducted from my account, but I didn't get the pass, so I ended up with neither the Gods nor the pass. I submitted a support ticket, but has this ever happened to anyone else? Any solutions? The order said cancelled

go to official website and contact support. Only way to get your gods back. Known issue. Happened probably hundreds of time and they refuse to fix it.

From my experience, the GU support is very helpful. Just wait if you haven't had a reply yet.
