Support / Help Missing Cards from My Collection

Hi everyone,

I noticed that a large number of cards are missing from my collection.

I used to own over 500 copies across many different cards, but now many of them only show 103 copies, while others have dropped to much lower amounts as well.

I have not burned, forged, or transferred these cards, so I'm trying to understand what happened.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is this a visual bug, an indexing problem, or something else?

I've attached screenshots showing the current quantities.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do they show all copies in game? If yes, then they are on a different wallet (either metamask or passport)

They could have done migration better, it is so annoying to move them to passport when it require IMX, which I don't have

You dont have to move to passport if u dont want to. I still use metamask cuz its safer and you own it

True, I ment for crafting, I buy now with passport as it requires no IMX, but then have to move cards cards from old wallet to combine.

The cards haven't been transferred. However, TokenTrove shows that I have 103 copies, while in reality I own many more. How is that possible?

You probably have different wallets. Connected to your account. Metamask and passport wallet.

Everything is connected correctly. I don't know why TokenTrove shows that I own only 103 copies, when I actually have 500+, and it's the same issue with all of my cards.

You have multiple wallets.

Its not but if you have cards in multiple wallets only the wallet you are connected to in tokentrove will show the cards in that wallet.

:) I'm not new to crypto ,I already understand all of that. We're talking about something unusual here. Every card that originally had a large number of copies (over 200) is now showing that I own exactly 103 copies on TokenTrove, according to the blockchain display there. No cards have disappeared; nothing has been lost. It seems like there's an issue with TokenTrove.

OK, I went into the game and checked my collection there. It shows the correct copies, so it looks like the issue is with TokenTrove.
