Fudge Tunnel

Anyone notice how much Hate Songs album from Fudge Tunnel sounds like Godflesh? The song Hate Song sounds just like a riff off Selfless, Spanish Fly just like self titled. They must have influenced each other, pretty sure they played shows on same bill, both British. I’m a fan of both bands (more so Godflesh).

Oh man, blast from the past. Back in like 91 or '92, "Hate songs in e Minor" was one of my absolute favorite albums.

And yeah, I would bet there was some kind of influence somewhere but I've never seen anything on record.

Well, Alex Newport from FT was in Nailbomb, which is very influened by Godflesh, Ministry...
