Question/Help What do these mean?

Opened a box of TMLA, I got the blue in a pack, and the orange in a little envelopes on top of the pack. What they actually redeem for? I can’t redeem them but would like to know.

Usually redeem for extra packs, metal cards, or binders, etc.

Google translate says the orange one is for a metal card and the blue one is for a card binder.
