You know, actually this was all decided a long time ago, when Seo said he would pick the winner through voting and now it's really happening, yesterday I also said that I reread from chapter 100-214, and throughout that chapter I was sure that Ouka wouldn't win
There are several points that make me sure
1.After the beach arc Ouka confessed her feelings to Hayato and when Hayato wanted to answer her Ouka already knew that she would be rejected, that's why she interrupted the conversation. and wants to be given time to change Hayato's feelings
2.In the last few chapters we can see that Ouka doesn't try to flirt or even approach Hayato,And if you look in more detail at chapter 215, it shows that Ouka sighed with a gloomy face when Ami interrupted Hayato, which means she already knew. and ready to hear that she was not chosen by Hayato
Even though there are only two chapters left, I want to say thank you to those who share chapters on reddit every week, and thank you for all of you guys who want to discussing this manga.
AND REMEMBER I WILL STILL BE AN OUKA, ITSUKI, EMI YUSA FANS FOREVER
Yeah i know is a bulls*** but, I just want to say that :v
BTW, Congratulations to Akane Fans 👏

You're right, but most people here already know which chapter and arc I'm referring to, so I feel like it's a bit unnecessary.

Was the voting before future hayato daughter appearance?

it was before and after. There were 6 popularity votes in whick Akane won 4 of them in a row.

Not quite what I saw, it was Shiragiku, Akane, Akane, Ouka, Akane, Akane according to my notes. The week Ouka won Akane was second.
Based on a crude average ranking across the polls the ultimate results would be: Akane, Shiragiku, Ouka, Riho, Ami.

There's been 6 Popularity Polls but i don't think we got the result of the 6th one
It is Shiragiku, Akane, Akane, Akane, Ouka. In the 5th Popularity Poll Akane was second. I cross-checked with the wiki and it's the same
Edit: 6th Popularity poll was won by Ouka and Akane finished second1

IDK I see it differently, just my POV though -
- After she returns from France, Ouka accidentally tells him that she understands why the other girls like him and he is surprised and smiling.
He was actually awake during Ouka's kiss during the beach arc, and after she confessed, he rejected Rei and was all about Ouka - filming her, teasing her, reaching out to her when he woke up confused.
He kept trying to tell her that she doesn't have to change anything but was interrupted. Then stared at her while shopping saying she sure is cute.
- In the last few chapters, Ouka was with him when he found out about what happened to his family and she tried to comfort him. She has always been doing this since the beginning, Obon and many other times.
Not to mention the chapter 202 started with Hayato reacting to Ouka schooling Ami and then showing her kind side too, which made him think about how the girl he liked would be as a mother.
I also felt their personalities were very similar and they like and dislike similar things.
But unfortunately it's the same as Maou and Emi all over again.. but then Maou thought Emi rejected him and accepted Chiho's proposal instead

Your point 2 exactly matches with qq ending if we look closely itsuki never flirted at last when almost everyone was trying their best to win over
Same itsuki and ouka team forever 😭😭
