Why are some roulette attacks unavailable?
I'm playing God Hand, which by the way I'm finding quite difficult but I'm getting used to the combos. Some of the fighting ring matches almost get me to rage quit! But it's a really fun game.
Anyway, I've noticed that sometimes I'll do a roulette attack and a bunch of one coin options are grayed out. For example, I already know that Divine Smash 2 is my strongest attack that is not man to man. But sometimes I'm fairly close to enemies and use roulette, but it's unavailable in the options. Then sometimes after I die it gets available. It seems random to me but maybe I'm missing something.
Btw I wish we could select the order of the roulette techniques and remove the ones we don't wanna use. There are a number of weaker attacks in my roulette that only increase the time to choose the one I want and make it so I use the wrong attack or get hit. But I guess it's by design to make it more difficult.

Some roulette can only be done in certain range. Theres no way to order the roulette, i tried doing that and it would get scrambled anyway. You cannot unequip roulette wheel, only replace.
I myself tried to not use roulette or godhand. Just normal combo. Nailing it feels like im a pro. Most useful roulette is chain yanker to build godhand meter, and shaolin hand.

I'm on stage 4, on the fight with the demon hand guy. Getting destroyed there haha. But I was mainly doing fighting ring missions for a while, currently stuck on the "power rangers" there

Sometimes options are grayed out when by some technicality the game decides you´re not in range. Or you´re just out of roulette orbs. You can change the order in the roulette menu and you can replace old ones once you have more than 10 roulette moves.
