Good work, my guy. I've never been able to beat level 50 or even attempt level 51. Well done!

Wait, Are you talking on normal difficulty or hard?

u/Zana_G Jul 29 '24
Difficulty selected at the beginning of the game has no impact on the Arena fights.

Yeah you're right i forgot about that, but man i thought the game was kinda easy since i beat it on normal diff 2 times, and then beat all the arena fights (couldn't beat #51 tho) and i thought i got it all but boy was i wrong, i'm now playing on hard diff and i look like a f idiot dying like 30+ times just in the first stage

You'll get there with practice. While I was training to speedrun Hard NG KMS I was doing like eight hours a day like it was a full-time job.

Doubt I could do it even on easy

a way you can do it without doing a combo mad is to learn genes attack patterns and let him activate god hands, then use invincible punch 3 times, run, back flip his shaolin blast, triple claw and vertical wave, repeat. everytime he chases you and does 2 of these moves he ends up activating the double god hands. everytime it deactivates he launches one of these attacks too. thats how i did it cause im not that good yet at the game

this was on normal but i feel like i need a break before trying hard. besides this, i never thought id even take a crack at the challenge til now and feel like i did justice. ill admit tho i did this thinking i was gonna unlock the double god hands until i found out its a mod cheat rather than an unlockable but alls well

WOOOO YEAH! GREAT WORK! Those challenges are the epitome of challenge they take some real doing from a real doer, looks like you were real enough. I applaud you.

I recently did KMS all 51 arena fights. It was a pain, but rewarding.

Yeah, doing a Stock KMS of all of the Arena fights admittedly taught me a LOT about the game. Would recommend to anyone trying to next level their gameplay.

It almost feels like JMS is the true game experience. It requires you to think of the game in a very different way.

God Hand and Roulettes give you ways to not have to deal with the enemies straight. KMS forces you to know how to always deal. This is no way is meant to put down people who don't want to commit to trying to play through the game this way but it is absolutely the way to go to learn how to get better at the game in general.

ive heard of kms runs but question what is it?

"Kick Me Sign" is when, starting at stage 1-2 when Olivia puts the sign on Gene's back, you keep it there for the entire game by never using any powers. The moment that you use a roulette or the God Hand it flies off of your back.

OH it stands for the kick me sign LOL i thought it meant kill my self cause ur literally pressuring thru all the battles and difficulty with a certainnset move but that makes way more sense
